After being an Early Childhood Teacher for 8+ years, I never thought that after having my 3rd baby I would not return to work but follow a different path in life. Reaching out to Baby Sleep Consultant for some advice on my 7-month-old's dummy, led me to want to help families in the same way they helped me.
I am trained in baby/toddler sleep and the natural science behind it all, age-appropriate settling methods, and best sleep practices for 0-5-year-olds. Through 5 months of an extensive internationally recognised training programme, I have developed a wealth of knowledge about sleep, and the many ways in which it can be improved and saved.

Gentle and Consistent
I encourage a gentle and consistent approach to infant and toddler sleep. I understand the important relationship between day sleep, night sleep, awake windows, nutrition, and settling ability. I believe that your child's sleep can be greatly improved by making appropriate changes and reinforcing the settling and resettling methods I suggest.
The main areas I will work on with you will be:
- Sleep hygiene/environment
- Age appropriate awake windows
- Suggested feed times and volumes.
- Settling, self-settling and resettling.
- Naps and Overnight sleep
