Marley and Bowdy

I reached out to Lisa when Marley was a few weeks old. The constant contact naps and rocking/holding of Bowdy to sleep was impossible with a baby. Before working with Lisa we rocked/held Bowdy for every sleep, always napping with him and coming into our bed in the night. With a newborn, this was mentally and physically hard for both my husband and I. Within a few days of starting Lisa’s plan, Bowdy was going to sleep in his own bed without being held and having amazing lunch naps in his own bed without me being there. Marley has also absolutely thrived off Lisa’s plan and gives us a good stretch of sleep overnight following Lisa’s tips he goes off to sleep in his bassinet not being rocked to sleep. So many people said to us it is way too late to change Bowdys habits but we sure have thanks to Lisa. I couldn’t recommend her enough the support is amazing!
