The Website Terms and Conditions written on  this page shall manage the use of this website, Sleep eazzzy.

These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of the Website. By using this website, you agreed to accept all Terms and Conditions written in here. You must not use this website if you disagree with any of these Website's Standard Terms and Conditions.

Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this website.

When booking a consultation or package with Sleep Eazzzy, I agree to the following:

To follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS, AAP, and WHO recommendations.

To check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.

To disclose any medical conditions to the baby's sleep consultant which my baby has.

Full payment for all packages will be required prior to starting. Once the payment is received in full, I will receive acknowledgment and the approximate time of receiving my plan. In-home Packages and workshops will be confirmed once payment has been made.

I understand that my sleep assessment solution is meant for my baby and I only, and should not be shared with a third party, I acknowledge the information might not be suitable for another child.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the assessment schedule date will only be refunded 50% of the fee. Prior to 48 hours 75% will be refunded.

Once my sleep plan has been written and sent to me, there will be no refund.

Should illness or other unforeseen circumstances arise and we are unable to go ahead with this booking, I will have 6 months to reschedule and use the package I initially purchased.

Travel within 20km from Brighton, Dunedin is free in the package however an additional fee may be charged if required to travel further than 20km.

My access and use of the service is conditioned to the acceptance of and compliance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the service I agree to be bound by these terms. If I disagree with any part of the terms then I may not access the service.

Sleep Eazzzy does not offer any medical advice, services, or treatment to any client.

If you have concerns relating to a medical or nutritional issue I urge you to contact your GP or doctor immediately. The information written on this website and your baby's sleep plan is not intended nor is it implied to be a substitute for medical advice and should be treated as informative and educational purposes only.

While Sleep Eazzzy makes the suggested changes to your child's sleep/nutrition routine, it is solely your responsibility whether you implement the plan or not. The plan must be followed in its entirety and any changes made without my authorisation will not guarantee the results we desire.

Always seek the advice of your GP or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding  medical conditions or treatment before undertaking a new healthcare regime.

Sleep Eazzzy shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access, this website, or from your reliance on any information provided at this website or from the consultant.

Use of this site is at your own risk, the material, information, products, and services offered on or through the site.

Data Privacy:

I take precautions to protect your information. You may submit information through my website or via email. I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

I will also protect your information offline. Only I and any further employers, contractors, or suppliers who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which I store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Sleep Eazzzy be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website.

Indemnification:

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Sleep Eazzzy from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variations of Terms:

Sleep Eazzzy is permitted to revise these Terms at any time it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.

I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content) without notice at any time.

I shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Entire Agreement:

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Sleep Eazzzy and you in relation to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Zealand for the resolution of any disputes.
