Ruby

Before Lisa, we were exhausted. Dad, Mum, and baby. Our little girl Ruby was irritable and so dependent on me (Mum) to sleep. A good day consisted of several 20-minute cat naps and on a really lucky day we would get a 2-hour nap in. Overnight, we woke 3 times comfort feeding. I often had to settle Ruby by putting her dummy back in up to 6 times in one nap. I was over it, exhausted, and knew something needed to change. Willing to give anything a go, I put full trust in Lisa and stayed consistent and strict with the schedule she gave us. In the space of 2 weeks, Ruby wakes one time for a feed and goes straight back to sleep. We are getting 2-hour naps inconsistently along with great morning and afternoon naps too. I don’t have to settle, we have no dummy, Ruby can self-settle and put herself to sleep which is something I never thought we would be able to achieve. Usually, it takes 5-10 mins, and boom, she’s out! All by herself.

Lisa has been invaluable in giving me the confidence I needed. Lisa is there morning and night to answer my needs and no question is a stupid question. Hand on heart, couldn’t have done it without her ♥️
